Should I choose soy or parrafin?

Paraffin candles cost less and carry the same great smell of our soy wax candles. The main difference between the two is that soy candles burn cooler so they will last longer, burn 98% cleaner than any other candle made today. The Soy candles DO NOT produce all that black smoke that other candles do. Soy candles are the best way to go for the candles lover.

What makes your wicks different?

Arizona Aromas uses high quality lead free wicks. These wicks produce less smoke and soot than regular cotton wicks which allows you to enjoy our wonderful scents without that smoky undertone you can get with other candles.

What are "triple scented" candles? Are your candles "triple scented"?

Triple scented simply means that more than the usual amount of fragrance is added to the candle to make the scent stronger, which we do. Our candles will spread their scent throughout your home and will continue to release their scent all the way to the bottom of the candle.

Do you accept credit cards? 

YES, However you have the option to use your paypal account or pay by your own credit card. YOU DO NOT NEED A PAYPAL ACCOUNT TO PURCHASE. We only use paypal as a processor and a means to use credit cards.Simply click the "click here" link below the user name and password boxes and you will be able to complete the transaction without creating a Paypal account.

Why is the UPS shipping charge so high on such a small order?

UPS charges a minimum shipping charge based on their rate for shipping 1 pound. So, if you have an order that weighs less than 1 pound, UPS is still going to charge the 1 pound rate. 

Do you offer international shipping?

Currently we offer shipping to the United States and Canada. 

Do you offer customer pickup?

If you are a Lake Havasu resident and would like to pickup your order, you will be given the option to do so during checkout. 

Is your site secure? 

Yes it is. We use industry standard SSL encryption for all secure communications. We use RC4 128 bit encryption for Internet Explorer users and AES 256 bit encryption for Firefox users.

Why does Firefox use a better encryption than IE?
